Since I started my career in digital back in 2015, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both agency and in-house environments. My journey has been filled with ups and downs, but through it all, I’ve developed a solid foundation in creating innovative strategies that drive results across various digital channels.
What I've Been Up To
As of now, I’m the Assistant Marketing Manager at FWD Takaful. It’s been an incredible experience being part of an award-winning team recognized for our direct-to-consumer products and digital insurance initiatives. My focus has been on optimizing our online advertising efforts and enhancing customer experiences.
Reflecting on the Past
Before FWD Takaful, I held several roles at Transcosmos Malaysia, where I worked on strategic business planning and led a social media services team. Those experiences taught me so much about the industry and helped shape my career.
Why This Blog?
